At Official Sinopec Online Store, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and RMA form are included inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
